VENDOR
The Vendor of the shown parts is your local X-YACHTS dealer with whom buyer have to deal directly.
PRICES
All prices on our web-catalogue are excl. taxes and VAT. Sales tax, VAT and delivery costs will be added at the invoice from your local dealer. All prices stated are ex works Denmark and upon written conformation to the buyer from Vendor
DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to be force majeure or conditions on which Vendor has no direct influence, preventing Vendor from delivery of the goods in question.
Only your local dealer (Vendor) can confirm delivery time – but between 2-8 weeks will be the normal.
PAYMENT
Payment is to be made directly to the Vendor as to his terms of payment - and goods remain Vendors property till total and final payment has been made.
RETURN OF ITEMS
Items can only be returned to Vendor in case of written agreement in advance. Items returned must be found in same condition as when delivered.
RESERVATIONS

WARRANTY
On receipt of the goods the buyer is obliged to check the goods. Warranty claims must be at Vendors hand 8 days after receipt of the goods in order to make claims on missing items valid. In case of any warranty the item bought must be returned to X-YACHTS A/S right after the claim has been put forward, without expenses for Vendor
VENUE
Any disputes to be settled at Vendors venue and as to the law of the country of the Vendor. X-YACHTS A/S can never be a party in any dispute.
