We are pleased to announce that the Gold Cup in 2011 will take place
from 6th to - 9th of July 2011
in Flensburger Segel-Club, Glücksburg, on Flensburg Fjord.
The online registration will we launched on the X-Yachts homepage at 1600 on the 1st of February 2011.
NOR (Notice of race) will also be available on the homepage from this date.

11.00 Start of first race of the day
19.00 Opening Ceremony
Friday, 8th of July 2011:
11.00 Start of first race of the day
19.00 Evening social event
Saturday, 9th of July 2011:
11.00 Start of first race of the day
20.00 Dinner and price giving ceremony
Activities:
* X-Yachts Gold Cup Family Classes below and above 11 metres LOA (non spinnaker permitted)
* X-Yachts Gold Cup Sport Classes below and above 11 metres LOA (all racing sails permitted)
* X-Yachts Gold Cup "Over 50 ft Invitational" rating according to sails on board.
* X-Yachts Gold Cup - X-35 Scandinavian Championship
* X-Yachts Gold Cup - X-41 Official ISAF European Championship.
Maximum participating number of yachts is set to be 100!
The X-Yachts Gold Cup in 2008 in Copenhagen reached the maximum of 120 participating X-Yachts within 8 days from the launch of the "On Line" registration. After another 8 days, there were an extra 30 yachts on the waiting list.
